Cancelation Policy Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All classes take place outside, in the Garden. If inclement weather or a safety concern is expected, guests will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class via email. In the event of class cancelation, class ticket(s) will be refunded.

- Professionally trained service dogs are allowed in the Garden, though Emotional Support animals are not permitted. Service dogs must be in the control of the owner at all times
- Picnics and outside food and beverage are welcome at the Garden, though set ups must remain casual without furniture or tents or staked umbrellas
- Both Members and Non-Members require advance ticket reservations
