VIP Photo Pass Rules and Agreement
The VIP Photo Pass provides an enhanced experience , with golf cart transportation and the opportunity to bring in decor for an enhanced photo experience.
A VIP Photography pass is $400.00 per session and includes admission for the photographer and two adults. Each additional guest needs to purchase general admission tickets or book free member tickets. Max group size is 14, due to golf-cart capacity. Please reference our Garden rules on the Plan Your Visit Page for our current Garden rules (linked below). Some locations may be subject to closures and/or exclusions. Photo pass tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your photo pass tickets are only valid for the date listed on the ticket. Exiting and re-entry is not permitted.

- I understand that garden closures are subject to change. Current projected closures can be found. Please be sure to check out our Plan Your Visit page for Garden rules, full COVID-19 procedures, and current closures.
- All individuals included in the reservation must enter together.
- Photo and/or video will not be used for commercial purposes
- Photo and/or video will not be used for student filming
- Drones and segways are not permitted
- I agree to not bring in glitter, confetti, balloons, or any damaging material that may be harmful to the grounds and wildlife
- I agree actual wedding or elopement (whether legal or not legal in the state of CA) will not take place
- I agree to stay on paths, avoid wooden areas, not climb trees, and stay off roots systems
- I agree to not remove or move plant signage
- Given the public nature of the Garden, All photo sessions activities shall be deemed appropriate and free from obscene content
