VIP Photo Pass Rules and Agreement

Thank you for purchasing a General Photography permit.

A VIP Photography permit is $350.00 and includes (5) general admission tickets and 90 minutes of shoot time. Each additional individual is $15 each. Additional equipment, such as tripods or lighting equipment, is permitted. Drones and Segways are not permitted. Wedding attire and parties greater than 5 also require the VIP photo permit.  Photo pass permits and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your permit and photo pass tickets are only valid for the date listed on the ticket. Exiting and re-entry is not permitted.

As a reminder:

 

  • I understand that garden closures are subject to change. Current projected closures can be found. Please be sure to check out our Plan Your Visit page for Garden rules, full COVID-19 procedures, and current closures. 
  • All individuals included in the reservation must enter together.
  • Photo and/or video will not be used for commercial purposes
  • Photo and/or video will not be used for student filming
  • Drones and segways are not permitted 
  • I agree to not bring in glitter, confetti, balloons, or any damaging material that may be harmful to the grounds and wildlife
  • I agree actual wedding or elopement (whether legal or not legal in the state of CA) will not take place
  • I agree to stay on paths, avoid wooden areas, not climb trees, and stay off roots systems
  • I agree to not remove or move plant signage
  • Given the public nature of the Garden, All photo sessions activities shall be deemed appropriate and free from obscene content
