Parent and Me: Butterflies 101

Calling all junior entomologists: discover and learn about tropical butterflies visiting our SOAR Pavilion! Guests will get an up close and personal guided experience, starting at our Emergence Chamber Window, through our Host and Nectar Garden, and finishing up in our Pavilion with hundreds of tropical butterflies. Kids will  create their own identification guide that you can use at South Coast Botanic Garden and even their own backyard!  Each child will use a magnifying glass, notebook, pencil, and crayons to record their findings. All supplies needed will be provided. This workshop will take place in rain or shine! Price includes General Garden Admission, admission into SOAR and the class.

All children must be accompanied by an adult chaperone, and both children and chaperones require a ticket
