Parent & Me: Pollination Exploration!
Join us for a hands-on adventure where kids and their grown-ups will discover the magic of pollination! Through interactive activities, we’ll learn about different pollinators—like bees, butterflies, and birds—why they’re essential for plants, and how to identify which pollinators visit which flowers based on their shapes, colors, and scents. Each child will receive special materials to explore nature up close, record their observations, and draw what they see. Get ready for fun games, up-close discoveries, and a special take-home knowledge to help pollinators in your own backyard!
This workshop is recommended for ages 5+! Price: $7 per child .
Parents/Guardians are free for the expedition but still need General Admission tickets. Non-member General Admission tickets can be purchased here or free Member tickets can be reserved here.
Cancelation Policy Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All classes take place outside, in the Garden. If inclement weather or a safety concern is expected, guests will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class via email. In the event of class cancelation, class ticket(s) will be refunded.
